These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ve999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the ve999 website at https://ve999.cam, including all associated services, products, features, content and functionality made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the ve999 platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ve999 platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created on ve999 following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other incentive amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Operator" means ve999, the entity responsible for providing the platform and services described in these Terms.
• "Platform" means the ve999 website, mobile applications and all related services accessible at https://ve999.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where ve999 does not hold a local operating licence.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game play initiated using real-money or bonus funds on the ve999 platform.

To register and maintain an account on ve999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate or close family member of an employee of ve999 or any associated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ve999 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible user may register one account only on ve999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact details. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account.

Full account functionality, including the ability to process withdrawals, requires completion of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required to prevent fraud.
• Source of funds documentation where activity triggers enhanced due diligence thresholds.

ve999 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any stage if satisfactory verification documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing KYC documentation are not grounds for waiving withdrawal processing requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms. ve999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

By accessing and using the ve999 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts or technical exploits to interact with the platform in any way that circumvents the intended user experience.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, fraud, money laundering or any other activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or any sporting event.
• You will not use the platform for any commercial purpose or operate any form of agency, syndicate or betting-pooling service using a ve999 account.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches or technical malfunctions in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that there is no guarantee of return on any wager placed.

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the ve999 sports betting and live casino products:

All bets are subject to acceptance by ve999. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. ve999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where the platform has reason to believe the bet may be associated with prohibited activity.

Odds displayed on ve999 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. ve999 operates on a best-efforts basis to display accurate and current odds. In the event of a manifest error in published odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly erroneous by reference to the true market price — ve999 reserves the right to void affected bets or to apply the correct odds, at the Operator's discretion.

Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or cancelled may be voided at ve999's discretion, with stakes returned. For live in-play markets, bets already matched at the time of event suspension will generally stand unless the rules of the specific market provide otherwise. Specific voiding rules for cricket (including PSL T20 and ICC tournament matches), football and other sports are published in the relevant market rules, accessible through the platform Help Centre.

Maximum payout limits apply per selection, per event and per account. These limits are published in the platform's general betting rules. ve999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any individual market or account where it deems necessary to manage financial risk.

ve999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. ve999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is subject to a Wagering Requirement which must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms and are calculated by reference to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or a combination of both, as specified.
• Bonus funds are credited to accounts separately from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Minimum odds thresholds and eligible markets for wagering requirement fulfilment are specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on markets not meeting the minimum odds requirement will not contribute toward wagering requirement completion.
• ve999 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, modify its terms or void bonus funds at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, promotion misuse or breach of these Terms.
• All bonus figures cited in ve999 marketing materials — including illustrative PKR amounts — are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion at the time it is live. Historical promotional figures are not guaranteed to reflect current or future offer values.

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in the ve999 Cashier at the time of deposit. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Cashier and vary by payment method.

References to payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani financial institutions are provided for contextual familiarity only. ve999 makes no representation that any such provider endorses, permits or supports gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment provider permits such transactions under the provider's own terms and conditions.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with ve999's anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, subject to technical feasibility and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier. ve999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Cashier at the time of the request. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside ve999's control, including third-party payment provider processing delays.

All PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts referenced on ve999 are indicative and subject to applicable exchange rates at the time of transaction, where currency conversion is required. ve999 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by a User's bank or payment provider.

ve999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools they need to remain in control of their play. The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the total amount that may be lost within a specified time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying users of the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to temporarily or permanently exclude oneself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned promptly by the ve999 support team.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause on account activity of a specified duration.

All content on the ve999 platform — including but not limited to the ve999 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, odds data and other materials — is the property of ve999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ve999 platform for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any ve999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Scraping, data-mining or automated extraction of odds data, results or other platform content.
• Creating derivative works based on ve999 content, including modified or translated versions of site materials.
• Using ve999 trademarks, logos or brand assets in any manner without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ve999 and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ve999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from wagers placed on the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, communication disruptions or data errors.
• Decisions made by a User in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game outcomes or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account where the User has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their login credentials.
• Any loss or damage resulting from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

ve999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any information or content on the platform.

ve999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has provided false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• ve999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, match-fixing, money laundering or any other prohibited activity.
• The User's account activity poses an unacceptable financial or regulatory risk to the Operator.
• The User is a minor or has been found to have misrepresented their age.
• The User requests self-exclusion or the closure of their account.

Upon termination for breach, ve999 reserves the right to void outstanding wagers and forfeit any remaining bonus balance. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable regulatory requirements, except where forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.

Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting ve999 support. Account closure requests are processed subject to any outstanding withdrawal or KYC procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ve999 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

ve999 expressly does not represent that its services are governed by, authorised under or subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Pakistani users access the platform under their own responsibility and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gambling under applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any provincial legislation in force.

ve999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ve999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect.

Continued use of the ve999 platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to be aware of any changes that may affect your rights or obligations.
